Luxrobo Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") lawfully processes and safely manages personal information by complying with the Personal Information Protection Act and the related statutes to protect the freedom and rights of data subjects. In accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company establishes and discloses the procedures of and the standards for personal information processing to promptly and smoothly handle the related complaints. This Privacy Policy applies to MODI Planet and Let’s MODI, the services operated by the Company. However, the data processing method may vary partially depending on the functions provided by the service.
Article 1 (Personal Information Collection) The Company processes personal information according to the Personal Information Protection Act for the following purposes. The personal information processed will not be used for purposes other than that specified and, in the event the purpose of use is changed, necessary measures, such as to obtain separate consent, will be implemented according to Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

※ The Company processes files uploaded voluntarily by users for the sole purpose of providing the AI function. No information that has not been uploaded will be collected. The uploaded files will not be used for other purposes. ※ When a member deletes a file or material he or she has uploaded or created (i.e., Project, AI model, My MODI Data), the file will be deleted from the server and destroyed immediately. ※ The members’ email addresses can be used for service operation and mandatory disclosures (i.e., Change of the Terms of Service, information on service interruption). ※ However, if necessary, according to the related statutes, the information will be retained for a period required by the applicable law. In this case, the Company uses the information only for the purpose of retention. The retention period is as follows.
